THIS SEASON: A 2024 Olympic silver medalist with Australia, Tilly Kearns is a two-time Olympian and two-time All-American entering her final season of competition at USC.
2024 SEASON:
• Sat out the 2024 season at USC to train with the Australian National Team in preparation for the Olympic Games
• Helped the Aussie Stingers win silver in Paris
2023 SEASON:
• Selected as a Peter J. Cutino Award finalist in her third season at USC
• Named to All-America First Team and All-MPSF First Team
• Picked to NCAA All-Tournament First Team and MPSF All-Tournament Team
• Was USC’s second leading scorer with 69 total goals
• Tied for first in 26 games scored in and 21 multiple-goal games
• Rose to No. 16 on USC’s career scoring leaderboard with 162 goals
• Named MPSF Player of the Week on February 21 with a hat trick against UC Irvine
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic and MPSF All-Academic honors
• Also named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
2022 SEASON:

• Scored in 22 games with a team-best 19 multi-goal games, including a career-high six goals vs. San José State

• Named MPSF Player of the Week twice on February 22 and March 22 for performances against Cal and Hawai’i
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic and MPSF All-Academic honors

2021 SEASON:
• Sat out the 2021 season at USC to train with the Australian National Team in preparation for the Olympic Games
• Helped the Aussie Stingers finish fifth in Tokyo
2020 SEASON:
• Did not compete in the 2020 season at USC
• Took a leave of absence to train with the Australian National Team in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics
2019 SEASON:
• Scored 29 goals as a true freshman
• Tallied her first two goals as a Trojan in her USC debut vs. Cal Baptist on Jan. 18
• Scored in 20 games with six multiple-goal games
• Set career high with a five-goal game vs. Fresno State on Jan. 19
• Scored two goals at the NCAA Tournament
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic honors
NATIONAL TEAMS:
• Kearns is a member of the Australian National Team
• She was a 2024 and 2020 Olympian for Australia
• Also competed for Australia at the 2019 FINA World League Super Final
• As a member of Australia’s Junior National Team, competed at the 2016, 2017 and 2018 FINA Junior World Championships
• Was a co-captain at the 2018 FINA Youth World Championships

HIGH SCHOOL: Kearns graduated from Queenwood School for Girls in Sydney... Was school prefect as a senior... Played club for Sydney Lions and Sydney Northern Beaches Breakers... Won back-to-back National League titles with the Lions... Was a three-time Junior National Champion and two-time MVP with Breakers.
PERSONAL: Kearns is majoring in communication… Parents are Julie and Phil… Has three siblings, Wilson, Finn and Andie… Her father, Phil, was captain of Australia’s rugby team and won the Rugby World Cup in 1991 and 1999... Enjoys taking naps, cooking and watching Netflix in her free time... Has always wanted to see the Northern Lights... Hopes to move back to Australia after graduating from USC... Born on Oct. 2, 2000.
