THIS SEASON: Morgan Netherton enters her fourth season at USC.
2025 SEASON:
• Scored 33 goals as a junior
• Scored in 19 games with multiple-goal outings in nine games
• Had a career-high five goals vs. Cal on March 22
• Scored three goals at the MPSF Tournament and one at the NCAA Tournament
• An MPSF Scholar-Athlete, also earned ACWPC All-Academic and All-Big Ten Academic honors
• Big Ten Distinguished Scholar
2024 SEASON:
• Scored 20 goals as a sophomore
• Scored in 12 games with five multiple-goal outings
• Set new career high with a four-goal game vs. ASU on April 13
• A member of USC’s 2024 NCAA Tournament roster
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic and MPSF All-Academic honors
• Also named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
2023 SEASON:
• MPSF All-Newcomer Team
• Scored 13 goals as a true freshman
• Scored in 11 games with two multiple-goal outings, including two goals vs. Stanford on April 8
• A member of the 2023 NCAA Tournament roster; scored one goal against Princeton in the semifinal
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic honors.
NATIONAL TEAMS:

• Earned bronze at the 2022 FINA World League Intercontinental Cup
HIGH SCHOOL: Won CIF Open Division title and CIF State SoCal Division I championship…Named CIF Southern Section Player of the Year, Sunset League MVP, Orange County Athlete of the Year and LA Times Player of the Year while at Newport Harbor High…Played club for Newport Beach Water Polo Club.
PERSONAL: Netherton is majoring in psychology… Parents are Drew and Laureen… Father Drew (‘95) was a two-time All-American water polo player at USC… Is a fifth-generation Trojan… Has three siblings: Keegan, Gavin and Payton… Her sister Payton is a freshman on the USC women’s team this season... Lists her most thrilling sports moment as winning CIF and Junior Olympics… Lists Trojan alum Kaleigh Gilchrist as her biggest sports hero… Enjoys going to the beach, skiing and hiking in her free time… Has always wanted to go skydiving… Would like to visit Alaska and Italy… Born October 14, 2003.
