THIS SEASON: A two-time All-American, Mireia Guiral enters her fifth season at USC.
2022 SEASON:
• Earned All-America and All-MPSF Honorable Mention in her fourth season at USC
• Scored 32 goals in 17 different games
• Tallied 12 multi-goal games including a season-high five against Occidental
• Scored four goals at the NCAA Tournament, including two in the final — the second was her 100th career goal
• Named MPSF Player of the Week on April 5 for her two-goal outings in wins at Stanford and San José State
2021 SEASON:
• Earned All-America Honorable Mention as a junior
• Scored 24 goals, including two in the NCAA Championship game
• Scored in 14 different games with seven multiple-goal outings
• Had a season-high four goals vs. UC Santa Barbara on March 13
• Named MPSF Player of the Week on April 20 after back-to-back two-goal games vs. ASU
2020 SEASON:
• Scored 17 goals as a sophomore as USC was 12-1 overall when competition was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic
• Earned All-America Honorable Mention
• Scored in nine games with four multiple-goal outings, including a career-high six goals vs. LMU on Feb. 1
• Selected MPSF Player of the Week on Feb. 4
2019 SEASON:
• Scored 27 goals as a true freshman
• Named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team
• Scored in 18 games with five multiple-goal games
• Scored first career goal in her USC debut vs. Cal Baptist on Jan. 18
• Set career high with four goals scored vs. Concordia on Jan. 26
• Matched her career high with four goals scored in the NCAA Championship game
NATIONAL TEAMS:
• Guiral has been a member of the Spanish Junior National Team
• Won gold at the 2018 Junior European Championships and silver at the 2016 Junior European Championships
• As a member of Spain’s Youth National Team, won gold at the 2018 Youth World Championships
• Also won gold at the 2017 Youth European Championships and won silver at the 2016 Youth World Championship
HIGH SCHOOL: Guiral graduated from Institut Centre d’Alt Rendiment Esportiu de Sant Cugat in Barcelona... Played for Club Natació Sant Andreu.
PERSONAL: Guiral is majoring in international relations (global business)… Parents are Ramon and Monica… Has one sister, Adria… Her father, Ramon, played professional water polo in Spain...
