2023-24 SEASON:
High School: Famous was an NISCA All-American while prepping at Conestoga High School. She was a two-time finalist at the 2020 PIAA District 01 Girls Championships, finishing second in the 100y back (55.93) and fourth in the 50y free (23.91) … As a 2017 freshman at Conestoga, Famous contributed to a fifth overall finish at the PIAA Class 3A Championships, after capping a successful 11-0 Central League Season. She anchored a title winning 200y free relay team that recorded a school record 1:34.38. She was also first in the 100y back (53.63) and third in the 50y free (22.98), also school records.
PERSONAL RECORDS:
- 3x CSCAA All-American (200 free relay, 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay)
- 3x Pac-12 Champion (200y free relay, 400y medley relay, 400y free relay)
- At the Pac-12 Championships, Famous also finished 4th in the 50y free (22.17) and 4th in the 100y butterfly (51.64). She was also runner-up in the 100y backstroke (50.90)
- At the NCAA Championships, Famous finished 11th in the 50y free (21.77), 20th in the 100y butterfly (21.77) and 14th in the 100y backstroke (51.44). She also helped lead USC to a 4th place finish in the 200y free relay, a 5th place finish in the 400y medley relay and 7th place finish in the 200y medley relay.
- Won back-to-back Pac-12 Swimmer of the Week honors in February after helping USC to wins over Cal, Stanford and crosstown rival UCLA.
- Set a UCLA pool record in the 100y backstroke (51.82)
- CSCAA All-American Honorable Mention (200y Medley Relay)
- At Pac-12’s, Famous placed 10th in the 100y backstroke (53.60) and 28th in the 200y backstroke (2:00.18)
- At the NCAA Championships, Famous helped USC to a tenth-place finish in the 200y medley relay (backstroke leg)
- Against UCLA, Famous was fifth in the 100y back (54.05)
- At the 2022 Pac-12 Championships, Famous scored in the 100y back, touching 7th in 52.77. She was also 28th in the 200y back (1:59.30) and 33rd in the 50y free (23.05)
