2012-13
Tanya Ouyang enters her fourth year as a coxswain for the Women of Troy.
2011-12
As a junior, Ouyang coxed USC's second varsity eight boat to a sixth-place finish in the grand final for the Jackie Ann Stitt Hungness Trophy at the San Diego Crew Classic.
2010-11
As a sophomore, Ouyang coxed the second varsity eight in every race and helped the Trojans to a fifth-place team finish at the NCAA championships and a third-place team finish at the Pac-10 championships. Ouyang also coxed her crew to wins over Clemson and UCLA in head-to-head races.
2009-10
As a freshman, Ouyang split time between the varsity four, second varsity eight, and the novice eight boats. She contributed to the Trojans' fourth-place team finish at the Pac-10 championships and to an eighth-place finish at the NCAA championships. Ouyang guided USC[apos]s second varsity eight to a win over Notre Dame at the SoCal Challenge.
CLUB AND HIGH SCHOOL
Ouyang was a member of the Pacific Rowing Club for four years and prepped at Drew School. She also played one season on the volleyball team as a setter. Ouyang was named PRC's Most Improved on the 2006 novice squad and earned the same honor on the 2008 varsity squad. She earned the Capital Family and Strides for life Scholarship in 2009 and finished first at the 2008-09 Peninsula Indoor Rowing Championships. Ouyang was third at the 2005-06 Long Beach Junior Invitational in the freshman four boat.

Tanya Ouyang was born on March 25, 1991, in San Diego, Calif.... mother is Joyce Wong... enjoys painting and photography in her spare time... majoring in health promotion and disease prevention.
