2025: Kicked off the season placing second in the 600m at the Spokane Sports Showcase (Jan. 17), with a career-best time of 1:17.63…Secured third place with the 4x400 relay team at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 14)...Secured three first-place finishes in the 400m hurdles, setting a personal-record time of 49.94 as the Big Ten Outdoor Champion in the 400m hurdles.
2024: Placed seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 52.23 on May 12...Ran a season-best 400m hurdles time of 51.41 in the Pac-12 prelims on May 10...Won the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.44 at the Texas A&M 44 Farms Team Invitational on April 5....Competed in the long jump at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on April 28 and placed third with a PR of 24-11.25/7.60m (-0.5)...Competed in three indoor meets and posted an indoor 400m PR of 47.36 in placing second at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Meet on Jan. 12.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2023 graduate of Sussex Tech High in Georgetown, Del. where he was named the 2022 and 2023 Delaware Gatorade Boy’s Track Athlete of the Year...Achieved a PR of 51.31 in 400m hurdles...Won the Delaware Division 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles and long jump titles for the second consecutive season in 2023...Holds PRs of 14.11 in the 110m hurdles and 37.60 in the 300m hurdles...Won the Delaware Division I state title in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.35, the 300m hurdles with a time of 38.46 and the long jump with a leap of 23-3.50...Took first place in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 New Balance Nationals with his PR of 51.31, the national leading time and set the state record...Won the 2022 400m hurdles title at the USA Junior Olympics.
PERSONAL: Born on October 14, 2004…Parents are Rosette and Georges Mauricette and he has one sibling, Jessica….Volunteered locally as a youth track mentor and in community service endeavors through his church…Member of the Black Student Union…Hobbies include watching Anime and playing video games…Favorite movie is Interstellar…Favorite food is a well done steak….Someday would like to travel to Greece…Would like to compete professionally or be a software engineer after graduating…Majoring in Computer Science at USC.
