THIS SEASON: Luka Brnetic enters his fourth season of competition at USC.
2023 SEASON:
• All-MPSF Second Team
• Scored 20 goals in his junior season at USC
• Scored in 12 games with five multiple-goal outings, including a career-high three goals vs. UCLA in the MPSF semis
• Scored two goals in the NCAA Tournament — one in each game
2022 SEASON:
• All-MPSF Honorable Mention
• Scored 19 goals in his sophomore season at USC
• Scored in 15 games with four multiple-goal outings
• Recorded a career-high two goals in four different games, last vs. Austin College in the MPSF Tournament
• Scored three goals in the NCAA Tournament — one in each game
• ACWPC All-Academic honoree, MPSF Scholar-Athlete and Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll member
2021 SEASON:
• Scored two goals as a true freshman
• First career goal came vs. Pacific on Oct. 2

HIGH SCHOOL: Brnetic is a 2021 graduate of Gimnazia Lucijana Vranjanina in Zagreb, Croatia... Was named MVP of the U-16 Croatian Championship... Played club for Mladost, winning the 2021 Croatian Cup at the senior level... Also won the 2018 Croatian Cup at the junior level.
PERSONAL: Brnetic is majoring in computer science... Parents are Vesna and Željko... Has one sister, Kiara... His father Željko played professional water polo as a goalie for Zadar... Enjoys playing chess and table tennis in his free time... Lists Croatian water polo player Miho Boskovic as his biggest sports hero... Would like to travel to Bora Bora, Iceland and Hawai’i...
