Bio
BREAKDOWN: Guard Devin Fleming spent four seasons on the USC men’s basketball team after transferring from Mt. San Jacinto College. He provided the Trojans with depth at the guard position.
2018-19: Fleming played in nine games and scored seven points. He scored a basket and registered his first career assist in the win vs. Stetson on Nov. 14. He scored a career-best three points vs. Southern Utah on Dec. 21.
2017-18: Fleming played in three games for the Trojans and scored two points and grabbed two rebounds. He played in the opener vs. CS Fullerton and had a rebound in one minute of action. Scored his first points as a Trojan with a driving layup vs. California on Jan. 28.
2016-17: Fleming played in four games, totaling six minutes of action. Made his debut as a Trojan playing a minute vs. New Orleans on Nov. 22. Had a rebound and a steal in two minutes of play against Pepperdine on Dec. 11...took his only shot of the season. Saw his first Pac-12 action with two minutes played vs. Oregon State on Feb. 9. Played a minute and had a rebound at home against Washington State on March 1.
BEFORE USC: Played the 2015-16 season for Mt. San Jacinto College where he helped lead his team to a 24-6 record. He started at guard in 29 of their 30 games and averaged 12.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. Fleming made 50 three-point baskets. He made 71.9 percent of his free throw attempts.
HIGH SCHOOL: He graduated from Valley View HS where he was a three-time All-League first-team selection and second-team All-CIF choice. He averaged 19.9 points as a junior and 19.0 as a senior.
PERSONAL: Devin was born on June 17, 1997. His parents are Curtis and Angela Fleming. He has three siblings: Shayne, Reagan and William. He likes to watch movies and play video games in his spare time. Lists his favorite musical artist as Drake and his sports hero as Kobe Bryant. He is undecided upon a major at USC.
