He spent his 2013 freshman and 2014 sophomore seasons at Saint John’s Military Academy in Delafield (Wis.), earning 2014 All-Midwest Classic Conference honorable mention. He also was on the basketball and track teams (sprinter) in high school.
PERSONAL: He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Jose State in December of 2021. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Construction Engineering at USC with a 3.08 GPA. His first name translates to St. John. His father attended USC. His uncle, Tony Puopolo, was a defensive back at Tufts in 1991.
