HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior in 2021, he had 122 tackles, including 2 for loss, 3 INTs and 5 pass breakups. He also saw action at running back and wide receiver and recorded 359 yards on 48 carries (7.5 avg.) with 3 TDs. He also tallied 9 receptions for 145 yards (16.1 avg.) with 2 TDs. He was the 2021 Unanimous Rio Hondo League Defensive MVP and Team Defensive MVP. He also received the 2021 Spartan Award for his leadership, character and playing ability.
As a sophomore in 2019, he recorded 55 tackles, including 11 for loss (with 3 sacks), and 4 PBUs. He was the 2019 Team Defensive MVP.
He also played baseball and wrestled at La Cañada.
