THIS SEASON: Brianna Daboub enters her final season at USC.
2017: Team captain Daboub was fifth on the team in scoring with 36 goals as a junior… Scored in 20 games with 10 multiple-goal games, including three games with a hat trick… Netted three goals in the NCAA Semifinals against Stanford… Scored a career-high four goals against Pomona-Pitzer on Feb. 4… Received All-America Honorable Mention… Earned MPSF Scholar-Athlete and ACWPC All-Academic honors.
2016: A team captain, Daboub scored 28 goals as a sophomore... Earned All-American Honorable Mention and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team... Also earned All-MPSF Honorable Mention... Scored in 18 games with seven multiple-goal outings, including hat tricks against UCLA, Hawai’i and vs. Stanford in the MPSF Championship game... An MPSF Scholar-Athlete.
2015: Daboub scored 27 goals as a true freshman... Named to the MPSF All-Newcomer Team... Scored in 19 games with seven multiple-goal outings... Set career high with a hat trick vs. Pomona-Pitzer... First career goal came in a two-goal outing in USC season opener against CSU Bakersfield... Scored three goals during the MPSF Tournament and four goals at the NCAA Tournament.
NATIONAL TEAMS: Daboub is a member of the U.S. Youth National Team... A member of the gold-medal USA team at the 2014 FINA Youth World Championships in Madrid... Won gold at the 2014 UANA Junior Pan American Games in Riverside... Also won a gold medal at the 2013 UANA Youth Pan-American Games in Argentina... Also was a member of the U.S. Cadet Team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Daboub was named league MVP as a senior out of Mater Dei in Santa Ana... Also selected to All-CIF Division II First Team and all-county first team in 2014... Reached CIF Division II final in 2012, 2013 and 2014... Also swam at Mater Dei... An honor student... Played club for Regency.
PERSONAL: Daboub is majoring in health and human science... Parents are Jorge and Laura... Has two brothers, Anthony and Evan, and one sister, Stephanie... Anthony plays water polo at UCLA and Evan currently attends USC... Enjoys going to dinner and hanging out with friends in her free time... Lists her high school coach and former U.S. Olympian Chris Segesman as her biggest sport hero... Favorite food is enchiladas... Has always wanted to go deep-sea diving...
