Rock Hudgens

Rock Hudgens enters his fourth season as Director of Operations at the University of Southern California and his sixth season working alongside Head Coach Andy Stankiewicz. Since joining USC in 2022, Hudgens has managed the day-to-day operations of the Trojan baseball program.
Prior to USC, Hudgens worked with Coach Stankiewicz for two seasons at Grand Canyon University, where the program earned its first two NCAA Regional appearances, won a Western Athletic Conference Championship, and captured two conference titles.
While at GCU, he completed his Master of Business Administration at age 21 and is currently pursuing a Master of Com Management at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
Hudgens oversees all aspects of baseball operations, ensuring the program runs efficiently on and off the field. His responsibilities include managing team travel and logistics, coordinating flights and hotels, building and maintaining team schedules, overseeing equipment and apparel operations, handling ticketing needs, and organizing game-day and practice operations. He also plays an active role in alumni relations and serves as a primary point of contact for the coaching staff, student-athletes, and families, helping maintain clear communication and a high standard of organization throughout the program.
