The Women of Troy earned two wins to kick off the Texas Invitational.
AUSTIN – No. 3 USC Beach Volleyball (20-3) kicked off the first day of the Texas Invitational in Austin, Texas, securing wins over No. 16 Florida Atlantic and No. 17 North Florida. The Women of Troy extended their win streak to six after sweeping the Owls 5-0, followed by a 4-1 win over the Ospreys.

The fifth flight kicked off the dual with Kyra Zaengle and Calinda Kok putting a point on the board for the Trojans. They defeated Florida Atlantic's Cameron Knifton and Allison Spittal in straight sets, 21-11, 21-14.
In the fourth spot, Bella Satterwhite and Kerry Keefe extended the Trojans' lead by defeating Reese Edwards and Kendall Mignerey, 21-16, 21-19, to put USC up 2-0 over Florida Atlantic.
Zoey Henson and Sarah Wood clinched the dual for USC in the No. 2 spot, securing a two-set win over Olivia Strandberg and Ava Koehl, 21-14, 21-14.
After the decision, the first flight featured a three-set battle where Ashley Pater and Kennedy Coakley overcame Denisse Morgenstern and Shantel Starling, 18-21, 21-18, 15-10. Meanwhile, in the No. 3 spot, Alana Embry and Quincy Stephens completed the reverse sweep by defeating Klaire VanDeusen and Mia Scanlon, 17-21, 21-15, 15-9.
