The Trojans take on the Bruins to close the regular season
LOS ANGELES - No. 1 USC (18-2, 4-1 MPSF) rides a five-game win streak into a conference meeting with No. 2-ranked UCLA (21-1). The Trojans and Bruins will take the water for an 11 a.m. PT contest on Saturday (Nov. 15) at Uytengsu Aquatics Center and be shown live on an overnght.com stream. USC holds the No. 1 ranking in the latest CWPA poll and is coming off a home win over No. 10 UC Santa Barbara. The Trojans defeated UCLA in their one previous matchup this season, handing the Bruins their only loss of the season 13-12 (Oct. 18). USC's game against the Bruins is both team's last before the MPSF Tournament kicks off on Nov. 21.

LAST TIME OUT | The Trojans continued their undefeated November with a dominant non-conference victory over No. 10 UCSB in home water. USC came out hot, scoring six of the first seven goals of the game, and led at halftime 9-3. The Trojans maintained their offensive output in the second and cruised to a 22-13 victory. This was USC's fourth time eclipsing 20 goals in a game this season. Robert López Duart and Jack Vort led the way offensively with both men scoring hat tricks, while Gavin Conant, Efe Naipoglu, and Strahinja Krstic and Mihailo Vukazic added two goals apiece. In the cage, sophomore Charles Mills got the start and picked up seven saves against three goals allowed.
BY THE NUMBERS | Through 20 games, Robert López Duart leads USC's scoring with 52 goals He has struck at least once in every game with multiple goals in a team-best 14 games. Newcomer Mihailo Vukazic has scored at least one goal in 18 games in his first season as a Trojan with 12 multi-goal games and 46 goals to date. On the setup side, Stefan Brankovic leads the team with 39 assists and is third on the team with 59 points. On defense, three goalies have seen time in the cage. Redshirt sophomore Charlie Mills has capped up in 16 games, redshirt junior Bernardo Herzer in 11 and redshirt freshman Nemo Pavoggi with two appearances. The goalkeeping corps has combined for an average of 10.05 saves per game. As a team, USC has outscored its opponents 307-200 for an average of 15.35 goals per game offensively and a 10 goals-against average.
