October 09, 2025 | Men's Golf
LOS ANGELES – After leading the USC men's golf team to a tournament victory at the Trinity Forest Invitational this week, Jaden Dumdumaya was named the Big Ten Golfer of the Week.
Dumdumaya finished third overall at the event after posting the second lowest round in USC history with a 9-under-par 63 on Sunday. His final round helped USC make up a two-stroke deficit on the final day of play, while Dumdumaya moved up 15 spots individually.
The sophomore posted nine birdies and no bogies in the round as he became the first USC golfer since 2022 to shoot a 63. It was the lowest round of Dumdumaya's career and marked the 12th time in program history that a Trojan has shot a 63 or better.
The last USC Big Ten Men's Golfer of the Week honoree was Antonio Safa on Sept. 11, 2025. The Trojans next compete at the Golf Club of Georgia Intercollegiate, Oct. 24-26.
