14 Trojans Named CSCAA Scholar All-Americans

LOS ANGELES – 14 members of USC's swimming and diving program were named Scholar All-Americans as announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on Wed., July 3.

11 Trojans were named First-Team Scholar All-Americans as Anicka Delgado, Genevieve Sasseville, Grace Lee, Kaitlyn Dobler, Nike Agunbiade, Sophia Kudryashova, Vasilissa Buinaia, Artem Selin, Ben Dillard, Griffin O'Leary and Harry Homans earned prestigious academic honors. Additionally, Ella Flowers, Farrah Volpintesta and Alice Waldow were named to the second team.

To qualify for First-Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher and participated in their national championship. To earn a second-team nod, student-athletes must have also earned a 3.5 GPA or higher and met a "B" time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet.

The Trojan's 14 Scholar All-Americans comes on the heels of last week's news announcing USC women's and men's swimming and diving as CSCAA Spring Scholar All-America Teams.
