USC Diving Set to Host Annual Trojan Invitational

Trojans will compete Friday through Sunday at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
LOS ANGELES – USC diving, led by 26th year head coach Hongping Li, will host the seven-team Trojan Diving Invitational, Friday through Sunday (Nov. 22-24), at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

Divers from USC, Air Force, Northern Colorado, UNLV, Reno, Pepperdine and CBU will compete on all three specialties and the team event. Â Results will be available at divemeets.com.
For the first time ever, Friday and Saturday's action will be streamed on B1G+. An active subscription will be required to watch the meet.Â

Action Friday begins with men's 3-meter and women's 1-meter prelims at 11 a.m. with finals starting at approximately 12:15. Saturday features men's platform and women's 3-meter with 11 a.m. prelims and 12:00 p.m. finals. Saturday will also feature the third annual team event from1:15 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday's men's 1-meter and women's platform begins at 11 a.m., with finals at 12:20 p.m.

Nearly all of USC's diving squad will be in action this weekend at Uytengsu, with a handful set to make their Trojan debuts.Â

Most recently, freshman Olympian Moritz Wesemann swept both springboard events against Arizona. Shortly thereafter, Wesemann earned the title of Big Ten Men's Diver of the Week.Â
