Jane Alukonis – Big Ten Coach of the Year
In her third year at the helm for USC, Alukonis led the Trojans to their first ever outright conference championship and the first undefeated conference season in program history. USC's 10-0-1 Big Ten mark set a program record for conference wins. She is the first USC coach to earn conference Coach of the Year honors. In three years at USC, Alukonis owns a 37-9-8 record and has led the program to the postseason each of the last two years. Heading into the Big Ten Tournament, the Trojans are ranked No. 4 in the country.
Laurence Gladu – Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Year / All-Big Ten first team
Gladu, who transferred to USC from Penn in the offseason, has started every game and played every minute in goal for the Trojans this season. With an .806 save percentage, she owns nine shutouts and a 0.71 goals-against average on the year. In Big Ten play, Gladu was even better, allowing just 0.55 goals per game and posting an .846 save percentage. She was named the conference Goalkeeper of the Week after shutting out UCLA to clinch the regular season title for the Trojans this past Sunday. This is the first Goalkeeper of the Year award for Gladu and her first all-conference award as well.
Helena Sampaio – Big Ten Midfielder of the Year / All-Big Ten first team
Sampaio did it all in the midfield for the Trojans this regular season, playing significant roles in both the attack and defense as USC went undefeated through the conference campaign. Appearing in all 17 games so far this year, she leads the Trojans with six assists and also owns three goals, giving her the second most points on the team with 12. All three of her goals have been game-winners, with the most dramatic of the trio coming against Penn State when Sampaio scored on a free kick from 25 yards out with 20 seconds on the clock. Sampaio was previously named to the All-Pac-12 second team in 2023.
Brooklyn Courtnall – All-Big Ten first team
