Trojans Earn Eight Victories During the Longhorn Invitational

AUSTIN, Texas - USC men's tennis garnered eight victories during the three-day (Sept 22-24) Longhorn Invitational, with victories over Texas, Arizona, Florida State and Georgia.

The Trojans picked up three ranked wins (two singles-one doubles), as junior Karl Lee led the squad with five wins (three singles-two doubles). Lee posted an overall record of 3-0 in singles and 2-1 in doubles play alongside multiple partners. His weekend was highlighted by an upset victory over #92 Nick Lagaev of Arizona. The other ranked win in singles came from #22 Peter Makk, who bested #50 Gustaf Strom of Arizona. Lastly, the duo of Wojtek Marek and Samuel Rubell upset the #9 ranked doubles team in Texas' Woldeab and Bailly.
