USC Women’s Basketball Lands A Program-Record Three Players On All-Pac-12 Team
February 28, 2023 | Women's Basketball
Destiny Littleton, Rayah Marshall and Kadi Sissoko earn high honors, with Okako Adika and Kayla Willams grabbing defensive honorable mention.
That secures Pac-12 accolades for USC's entire starting lineup, which has helped the Trojans to a 21-8 overall record — their best record through 29 games since the 1993-94 season — as they enter this week's Pac-12 Tournament in Las Vegas. The last time USC picked up 11 Pac-12 wins in the regular season was in 2014, when the Trojans went on to win their first-ever Pac-12 Tournament title.
On March 1, the Pac-12 released its Pac-12 Media Awards, as selected by voting Pac-12 media members. Marshall and Sissoko earned All-Pac-12-Team honors there, with Marshall also picked up All-Defensive Team accolades.
Destiny Littleton — All-Pac-12 Team
A grad student in her first season at USC, guard Littleton is the Trojans' second leading scorer with 13.9 points per game and has scored in double figures in 11 straight games entering the Pac-12 Tournament. Instrumental in USC's upset win over then-No. 2 Stanford, she was named Pac-12 Player of the Week and earned NCAA March Madness Starting Lineup accolades. She leads the Trojans with 51 threes made and with 3.62 assists per game to go along with a powerful 87.4 percent showing from the free-throw line. This is the first all-conference honor earned by Littleton in her collegiate career.

The only player in the Pac-12 averaging a double-double with her 12.9 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, sophomore forward Marshall is the nation's No. 3 shot blocker with her daunting 3.42 blocks per game. With 89 total blocks so far this season, she's behind only Lisa Leslie in the USC record books for single-season blocks. With 49 consecutive games with at least one block recorded, Marshall sticks herself further on the national radar with her 8.4 defensive rebounds per game — ranking her No. 7 in the land. Marshall also was recently named a semifinalist for the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year.

In her first season as a Trojan, grad student Sissoko is USC's leading scorer with 15.6 points per game and recently collected her fourth double-double at USC in its regular-season finale. She's been a spark for the Trojans throughout, standing tall as a defensive power with 1.3 steals per game as well as being the team's second leading rebounder with 6.4 rebounds per game. USC is her third stop as a collegiate player, and this marks Sissoko's first all-conference honor.

Another grad student in USC's starting lineup, Adika has been a force to reckon with at both ends of the floor. She's recorded two double-doubles as a Trojan and averages 4.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Also this season, Adika set new career highs in rebounds (12), steals (4) and blocks (2) to further reflect her defensive prowess in the Trojans' gameplan. This is her first career all-conference award.
Kayla Williams — Pac-21 All-Defensive Honorable Mention
Charged with interrupting opposing guards and doing a ferocious job of it, Williams averages 1.6 steals per game while serving up 2.4 assists per game in her first season as a Trojan. She earned defensive honors last season from the Big West while at UC Irvine, and has flourished in her new role with the Trojans as she's started all 29 games to date for USC.
Two key contributors to the Pac-12's No. 1 scoring defense.
