USC Men’s Volleyball Hosts Seven Teams for Annual Fall Tournament

CSUN, CUI, Long Beach State, Stanford, UC Irvine, UCLA, and UC Santa Barbara will visit Galen Center for a slate of 21 matches
LOS ANGELES – The USC men's volleyball team will host seven teams at the Galen Center Pavilion for 21 matches in its annual Fall Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 11.
Among participating visiting teams are CSUN, Concordia, Long Beach State, Stanford, UC Irvine, UCLA, and UC Santa Barbara.
All matches will be played in the Galen Center's pavilion practice bays. Fans will need to enter from the arena's administrative entrance at the base of the outdoor stairs near the intersection of Figueroa Street and McCarthy Way.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. PT and admission is free to the public.
Format of play will be for each matchup to play best-two-of-three sets (to 25 points) with a third set, if necessary, to 15 points. The practice bays will be separated into four courts with the following schedule:
The 12th-ranked USC men's volleyball team concluded the 2023 season with a 10-16 overall record and went 3-9 in MPSF matches to finish in sixth place. USC faced Stanford in the opening round of the MPSF tournament but was eliminated by the Cardinal in four sets. In its history, the USC men's volleyball program has captured four NCAA championships while appearing in 15 NCAA tournaments and has produced 21 Olympians, 34 first-team All-Americans, and seven College Players of the Year.
