USC's Isaiah Collier Named Pac-12 Men's Basketball Freshman Of The Week

USC point guard Isaiah Collier was named Pac-12 Men's Freshman of the Week for the week of Nov. 6-12, it was announced by the conference today (Nov. 13). USC now has had 12 student-athletes named Pac-12 Men's Freshman of the Week since the award's inception, more than any other conference school.

Collier helped lead the Trojans to a pair of opening-week wins by averaging 18.5 points, 5.5 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals in the games. He also made 65.0 percent of his field goals and 90.0 percent of his free throws for the week.

In his collegiate debut in the 82-69 season-opening win vs. Kansas State on Nov. 6 in Las Vegas, Collier scored 18 points and had six assists, while making 7 of 9 field goal attempts. In the 85-59 win vs. CSU Bakersfield on Nov. 9, Collier scored a team-high 19 points. He also had five assists and four steals.
