No. 13 USC Women's Soccer Plays to 1-1 Draw With Colorado

LOS ANGELES – The No. 13 USC women's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw at home with Colorado on Saturday afternoon.
Both teams scored in the opening half as USC moves to 9-2-1 overall and 5-0-1 in Pac-12 play. The Buffaloes move to 10-3-2, 2-2-2.
The Trojans got on the board less than three minutes into the contest, with Kayla Colbert finding the back of the net just 2:40 in to play.
Colorado equalized in the 10th minute as they were awarded a penalty and converted. The Buffs were awarded another penalty in the 30th minute, but Hannah Dickinson came up with a big save to keep things level.
The goal scored by Colorado was the first USC has given up since Sept. 28 at Washington State. The draw breaks USC's winning streak at six, but keeps the Trojans unbeaten in their last seven.

3' – USC: Kayla Colbert (assisted by Helena Sampaio) – Sampaio sent a long ball forward for Colbert, who carried it into the box and scored with her left foot inside the left post.
