Twelve USC Rowers Named CRCA Scholar Athletes

LOS ANGELES—Twelve Trojans were named Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) Scholar Athletes on June 24. Grete Alttoa, Eden Cooper-Squires, Ezi Emenike, Tierney Kellish, Madeleine Kim, Lilian Lau, Olivia Lau, Anna-Marie Mackova, Alexandra McCale, Ryleigh Megill, Anna Molnar, Sarah Panek and Jenna Van de Grift were each honored for their success in the classroom.
Eden Cooper-Squires, Ezi Emenike, Madeleine Kim and Lillian Lau previously were awarded the CRCA Scholar Athlete in 2021.
In order to be chosen as a CRCA Scholar Athlete, the student-athlete must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher for her career and row in her institution's NCAA eligible boats for a minimum of 75% of the current spring races.
