Oracle Pro Series Comes To Marks Stadium

Several Trojans will be in action at the ITF event.
Several USC men's tennis players will get a home-court tuneup for the coming spring collegiate season when the Oracle Pro Series comes to Marks Stadium this week. The ITF event will play out in Los Angeles from Jan. 6-12.
The crew of Trojans — past and present — lined up for main draw action at the Oracle Pro Series includes Brandon Holt, Daniel Cukierman, Ryder Jackson, Riley Smith and Ray Sarmiento. A senior at USC, Holt achieved direct entry into the main draw due to his recent successes in pro events. Junior Cukierman, freshman Jackson, senior Smith and 2014 grad Sarmiento received wildcards.
Holt leads the pack with an ATP ranking of 499 and ITF rank of 268. Sarmiento is next among the Trojan contingent at 557 and 814, respectively.
USC also will be well represented in qualifying at the Pro Series event, with 2019 grad Logan Smith and Tanner Smith joined by current Trojans Bradley Frye, Stefan Dostanic and Jake Sands also in the mix for qualifying competition beginning on Jan. 6. Main draw play begins Jan. 7.

USC's 2020 campaign officially kicks off Jan. 25-26 with the ITA Kick-Off Weekend coming to Marks Stadium. That's where the 2020 spring season will begin with eight Trojans locked into the ITA national rankings.
