Krete Koovit Named to Pac-12 Women’s Rowing All-Conference Team

LOS ANGELES--Senior Krete Koovit has been named to the Pac-12 Women's Rowing All-Conference Team, the Conference announced today (May 28). This is the first All-Conference selection for Koovit.

Koovit has predominately rowed for the Trojan Varsity Eight this season as an integral part of USC crew.

The economics major from Viljandi, Estonia helped the Trojans extend their undefeated winning streak against crosstown rival UCLA to 18-straight duals. She also helped the Varsity Eight to win the B Final at the Longhorn Invitational as well as defeating many other ranked crews throughout the course of the 2019 competition season.

Selection to the All-Conference team was determined by a polling of the Conference coaches. The number of members per school selected to the All-Conference rowing teams is based upon each institution's finish in the Varsity Eight race at the Pac-12 Championships, which were held on Lake Natoma in Gold River, Calif.
