Jack Wyett Named To AVCA All-American Second Team

USC senior outside hitter Jack Wyett was named to the 2019 All-American second team by the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Wyett, who is a 2-time All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation first team pick (2018 and 2019), made AVCA All-American honorable mention last year.
He is hitting .326 in 2019 with 372 kills along with 107 digs, 47 blocks and 22 aces. He as AVCA National Player of the Week and MPSF Offensive Player of the Week in late March for his efforts in USC's upset over No. 1 Long Beach State (he hit .579 with 13 kills, 4 digs, 1 ace, 1 block).
Wyett helped USC rebound from an 8-20 season in 2018 to a No. 4 national ranking this season as the Trojans finished third in the MPSF, were the MPSF Tournament runners-up and were selected as an at-large entrant into this week's NCAA Championship.
