Ryan Moss Named MPSF Offensive Player Of The Week

USC senior opposite hitter Ryan Moss was named the MPSF Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Trojans' 5-set victories over Penn State and Ohio State in this past weekend's Pac-12/Big 10 Challenge.

He also was the Off The Block Opposite Hitter of the Week.

Moss had match-highs in kills in both contests. Against the Nittany Lions, he equaled a career best with 23 kills while hitting .513 and he added 5 digs. Then versus the Buckeyes, he had 22 kills (hitting .514) along with 5 digs, 2 aces and 2 blocks.

It is the third MPSF Player of the Week honor for Moss in 2019. He also was honored as the Offensive Player of the Week on Jan. 28 and the Defensive Player of the Week on March 4. Additionally, he made the All-Tournament teams of the 2019 Rainbow Warrior Classic and the Grow The Game Challenge.
