USC Men's Volleyball Splits Its Six Matches At UCLA/SAC Tourney To Conclude Pre-Season Play

The 2020 USC men's volleyball team, playing with a split squad, concluded its pre-season competition by capturing 3 of its 6 matches in the UCLA SAC Tournament this past Friday and Saturday (Nov. 15-16).

On Friday, USC A lost to UC Santa Barbara A, 25-21, 20-25, 25-23, 25-23, and USC B lost to UC Santa Barbara B, 25-18, 26-24.

On Saturday, USC A beat Cal State Northridge A, 25-23, 25-15, 26-28, 25-14, while USC B defeated Cal State Northridge B, 25-15, 26-28, 25-17, 15-13. Then, USC B fell to UCLA B, 25-18, 25-24, 25-15, while USC A beat UCLA A, 25-19, 25-21, 18-25, 23-25, 20-18.

After hosting Canada's Douglas College in an exhibition on Dec. 30, USC begins 2020 regular season play by welcoming 2019 NCAA tourney participant Princeton on Jan. 2 in the Galen Center.
