Stinson, Malazdrewicz, Weiss named to second team, 12 Trojans nab honorable mention honors.
Sophomore Becca Mann earned Pac-12 All-Academic first team honors while seniors Lexie Malazdrewicz and Hannah Weiss and junior Elizabeth Stinson were tabbed second team among 16 total Trojans to earn conference academic honors on Monday.

Mann, eligible for the award for the first time as a sophomore, earned first-team honors with a 3.80 GPA while majoring in Writing for Screen and Television. The distance specialist, who is U.S. national team Open Water swimmer, came to USC having already written a novel.

Weiss earned her first second-team honor to go with a pair of honorable mention honors the last two years while Stinson is a second teamer for the second year in a row. This is Malazdrewicz' first Pac-12 academic award.

Twelve Trojans earned Pac-12 honorable mention notice including juniors Lily Dubroff, Maddie Meisel, Olivia Ontjes (second time), Riley Scott (second time), Allie Wooden (second time) and Maddie Wright (second time) as well as sophomores Piper Brockley, Naomi Gowlett, Abby Miller, Catherine Sanchez, Carly Souza and Tatum Wade.
