The No. 27 ranked duo of Angela Kulikov/Rianna Valdes powered through the Qualifying round of the Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championship to lock down a place in the Main Draw.

After defeating Mississippi's No. 49 ranked Machalova/Jandric 8-7 (6) in the first round, they advanced to claim another 8-7 (6) victory over Florida's No. 38 ranked Dimitrova/Emma in the second round. Finally, the Trojan tandem, secured placement in the Main Draw with a win over Notre Dame's No. 32 ranked Corse/Spence with an 8-7 (6) score.

The Trojans take on the No. 43 ranked pair of Minor/Pairone in the first round of the Main Draw. Competition continues through Sunday (Oct. 7) when the champions will be named.Â
