6 USC Finalists Up For 2018 Southern California Indoor Volleyball Hall Of Fame Class

USC has six of the 27 finalists for possible induction into the 2018 Southern California Indoor Volleyball Hall of Fame class.

USC, which had five inductees in the SCIVBHOF's inaugural 2017 class, has the second most 2018 finalists of any school.

Fifteen inductees will be picked from the finalists, who were whittled down from 100 nominations. They will be inducted at a May 6 event in Anaheim.

USC's 2018 finalists are 1984 Olympic men's gold medalist Pat Powers, current Trojan women's volleyball coach and 2000 Olympic women's head coach Mick Haley, former USC USVBA All-American and beach standout Ron Lang, late former USVBA champion Patti Lucas Bright and two members of USC's national championship teams in Debbie Landreth Brown and Sue Woodstra.

USC's Steve Timmons, Bryan Ivie, Dusty Dvorak, Paula Weishoff and Debbie Green were inducted in the SCIVBHOF's 2017 class.
