Women of Troy Beat Loyola Marymount in Morning Scrimmage

MARINA DEL REY, Calif.--The No. 12 USC women's rowing team had a strong performance in today's scrimmage against the Loyola Marymount Lions at the Jane Browne Bove Boathouse in Marina de Rey, Calif.
"We had a good scrimmage with LMU," said head coach Zenon Babraj. "All of our boats showed good speed, and we won all of the races."
The Women of Troy's fours and eights raced in three distances (2000m, 1000m and 500m) against Loyola Marymount.
In each race, the Trojans finished ahead of the Lions. For a full list of finishes and boating lineups, please see below.
USC's next action will take them across the country to Boston, Mass. where they will compete in a Tri-Race against Ivy League opponents Harvard and Yale on April 22. The Women of Troy will then travel down to Providence, R.I. to test their speed against Brown o April 23.
