USC improved to 39-8 in all-time meetings with Pepperdine and has now won six straight against the Waves.
The Trojans won their 23rd consecutive set and earned a seventh straight 3-0 sweep.
The Women of Troy earned their fifth home victory and remain undefeated at the Galen Center this season.
Senior OH Samantha Bricio recorded five service aces against Pepperdine to mark the 31st time in her career that has had at least three aces in a single match and the 15th time she has reached the five-ace mark. On the day, Bricio served 13 aces with the eight she had against Utah State.
Bricio reached the 20-point mark for the fourth time this season. She led the team with 22.5 points.
With 17 kills, Bricio moved ahead of Nancy Hillman (1985-88) for seventh in the program's history for career kills. She now has 1,548 and is just 28 from matching sixth-place April Ross (2000-03). Earlier in the day, Bricio had moved ahead of Katie Haller (1990-93) from ninth into eighth.
Junior libero Taylor Whittingham had 16 digs to log her seventh match with double-digit digs.
