GAME NOTES
- USC earned its first win over Denver in four meetings. The Trojans trail DU, 3-1, in the all-time series.
- With the win, USC improved to 6-0 in MPSF games, which is the best start in league contests in program history.
- The Trojans' 10th overall win of the season is a new program high.
- USC won the center circle (16-6) for the ninth time this season.
- The Trojans out-shot Denver, 28-12; the ninth time this year that USC has produced more shots than its opponent.
- Sophomore attacker Michaela Michael scored a hat trick and has now had three goals, or more, in 10 career games.
- Sophomore attacker Cynthia Del Core had a career-high three ground balls.
