GAME NOTES

USC evened its all-time series with Marist at 1-1. In 2014, the Red Foxes defeated the Trojans in USC's season opener. This time, the Trojans handed Marist a loss in the Red Fox opener.
The Women of Troy improved to 2-5 in games played on the East Coast.
The Trojans out-shot the Red Foxes, 27-10, including 17-3 in the first half.
Sophomore attacker Michaela Michael matched her career-high marks with four goals, one assist, and five points. She had the same line against UC Davis (March 14, 2014).
