MATCH NOTES
- USC improved to 49-9 in all-time matches against Oregon State and moved to 24-6 all-time in Corvallis.
- The Trojans improved to 91-8 all-time when ranked No. 1 in the AVCA poll.
- The Women of Troy became the final remaining undefeated team in the country following No. 7 Kansas' 3-0 loss to No. 2-ranked Texas earlier in the day.
- USC dished out a season-best 72 assists and tied season highs with 73 kills and 88.0 points.
- Senior OH Samantha Bricio logged 23 kills to give her 1,797 in her career. She is now just three kills from overtaking USC's second all-time leader Jennifer Kessy (1,799; 1995-98). Alex Jupiter (1,918; 2008-11) is the program's record holder.
- Bricio also produced 15 digs (with her 23 kills) for her 10th double-double of the season; the 50th of her career.
- Junior libero Taylor Whittingham had the third 30-dig performance of her career and finished with 31 digs against the Beavers. She raised her season-high total for the third straight match (26-27-31).
- Freshman setter Baylee Johnson recorded her ninth double-double of the season and finished with a new career high of 44 assists to go with 10 digs.
- Junior MB Elise Ruddins hit at a career-high clip of .611 and posted a new season mark with 12 kills.
- Four Trojans scored in double digits: Bricio (27.0), sophomore opposite hitter Brittany Abercrombie (16.5), Ruddins (14.5) and freshman outside hitter Alyse Ford (14.5).
- Four Trojans reached double-digit digs led by Whittingham. Including Bricio and Johnson, freshman Victoria Garrick was the fourth with 11 digs. It was her 10th match of the season in double digits and the fifth time in six contests into the double-digit range.
