The No. 1-ranked USC men's volleyball team (6-0 overall, 6-0 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation), after a week's break, concludes its 5-match road trip with an MPSF contest at No. 11 Pepperdine (3-5, 1-5) on Friday (Feb. 11) at 7 p.m. The Trojans, off to their best overall start since 1994, are looking to improve to 7-0 for the first time since 1991 (the Waves, incidentally, ended USC's season-opening 6-match winning streak in 1994). Murphy Troy needs 8 kills to break the USC rally scoring era record for career kills.
