Annual Banquet Wraps Up 2010 Season

LOS ANGELES -- The USC women's volleyball program wrapped up the 2010 season with its annual banquet Sunday at the Galen Center. Junior All-America middle blocker Lauren Williams (Houston, Texas/Stratford HS) earned the Paula Weishoff Award as most valuable player, as voted on by her teammates.

Paula Weishoff Award - MVP - Lauren Williams
Emily Adams Award - Best Blocker - Lauren Williams
Keao Burdine Award - Most Points Scored - Alex Jupiter
Sue Woodstra Award - Best Attacker - Alex Jupiter
Debbie Landreth Award - Best Passer - Natalie Hagglund
Patti Bright Award - Spirit of Troy - Sam Hirschmann
April Ross Award - Best Server - Katie Fuller
Nicole Davis Award - Best Digger - Natalie Hagglund
Debbie Green Award - Best Setter - Kendall Bateman
Coaches Award - Kirby Burnham
USC finished with a 29-5 record, advancing to its sixth NCAA Final Four appearance in the last 11 seasons. The Women of Troy will return three All-Americans (Williams, Alex Jupiter and Kendall Bateman), the most USC has returned since 2004.
