USC Men's Volleyball Beats Stanford At UCSB Tourney

The No. 12 USC men's volleyball team (1-2) beat Stanford (0-2) in five games, 30-28, 23-30, 23-30, 30-28, 15-12, in the seventh place match at the UC Santa Barbara Collegiate Invitational on Saturday (Jan. 6).
The victory was the first for new Trojan head coach Bill Ferguson.
USC next opens Mountain Pacific Sports Federation play at Pepperdine on Friday (Jan. 12).
