Senior Tyler Ley finished tied for fourth while junior Jordan Nasser tied for 10th - both Pac-10 best individual efforts - to pace the No. 20 Trojans at the USC-hosted 2006 Pac-10 Men's Golf Championship at the Canyons Course at Bighorn G.C., in Rancho Mirage, Calif., on Wednesday (April 26).
USC finished in fourth at 1442 (+22, 364-354-365-359). UCLA won the title at 1420.
The Trojans, who had the low round of the day (359) and were 2-under on the back nine, benefited from Ley's and Nasser's consistency. After an opening-round 74 for Ley, he finished with a 67-71-70 for a 282 (-2). Nasser went 74-71-70-70 for a 285 (+1).
