Hilde Takes Second At Pac-10 Championships Again

USC sophomore Michael Hilde posted his second consecutive second-place finish while senior Ray Vincent was third on the 3-meter springboard during the diving portion of the 2005 Men's Pac-10 Swimming and Diving Championships at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center on Thursday (Feb. 24) in Federal Way, Wash.
Hilde, second on the 1-meter on Wednesday, finished second again behind ASU's Joona Puhakka with 558.15. Vincent was third with 527.75. Sophomore Kenny Jenkins, third on 1-meter, was sixth (524.70).
The men's diving meet is being held in conjunction with the women's championships. The individual results will be added to the men's swimming competition, which will be held next week, March 2-5.
