LOS ANGELES (AP) - Eshaya Murphy had 20 points and five other players finished in double figures as USC beat Cal State Northridge 97-69 Friday at the Sports Arena.
USC (5-2) barreled to a 51-30 halftime lead and every player who hit the floor scored by the final buzzer.
The Matadors (1-7) were led by Jazelle Burries with 21 points.
USC nabbed 16 steals in the game and had 23 assists, including eight from Jamie Hagiya, who also had career highs of 16 points and seven steals.
Also finishing in double figures for the Women of Troy were Meghan Gnekow with 11 points and Jamie Funn, Markisha Lea and Camille LeNoir with 10 points each.
