Men's Tennis Results At Sherwood Collegiate Cup

The eighth-ranked USC men's tennis team completed play at the 2005 Sherwood Collegiate Cup, held Jan. 14-17 at the Sherwood Country Club in Westlake, Calif. The four-day tournament featured players from top teams such as Stanford, UCLA, Baylor, San Diego State and USC.
Jamil Al-Agba and Johan Berg advanced to the singles quarterfinals, while Brian Wright made it to the back draw semifinal after dropping the main draw opener.
The Trojans begin the dual match season this week with two matches on Saturday, Jan. 22. USC hosts Cal Poly at 10:30 a.m., the faces San Diego State at 2:30 p.m. at Marks Tennis Stadium.
