
Sofia Konoukh Earns All-American First Team Honors

LOS ANGELES -- Senior Sofia Konoukh was named 2003 All-America first team by the American Water Polo Coaches Association. It was Konoukh's third straight first team honor. Senior Katrin Dierolf and freshman Moriah Van Norman were named to the second team.
Konoukh finished second on the team in scoring with 50 goals. Van Norman led the team with 65 goals while Dierolf was third with 44 goals. USC finished 24-4 on the season and tied with Stanford for the co-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation regular season championship and finished third in the MPSF Championship.
