USC sophomore Nicci Fusaro won her second individual title and the third of the meet for the Trojans on the final day of the Pac-10 Diving Championships on Saturday (March 2) at the Hillenbrand Aquatic Center in Tucson, Ariz.
Fusaro, who won the 3-meter on Friday, won the platform event on Saturday with 474.60 points, marking USC's first ever Pac-10 title in the event. Sophomore Blythe Hartley, who won the 1-meter springboard on Thursday, finished second to Fusaro for the second consecutive day with 463.95 points.
USC, which hadn't won a women's Pac-10 diving title before 1996, has won at least one every year since then and five in the last two years. Senior Kellie Brennan won both springboard events last year.
