USC Edged By Ole Miss In Overtime, 84-83

LAIE, Hawaii (AP) - Rahim Lockhart had 16 points and 13 rebounds as No. 24 Mississippi rallied from five points down in the final minute of regulation to beat No. 13 Southern California 84-83 Friday night in the Yahoo! Sports Invitational.
The Rebels (11-0) advanced to play Iowa State in Saturday's championship game. The Trojans (8-1) play BYU in the third-place game.
With Mississippi trailing 78-73 with 46.1 seconds left in regulation, Jason Flanigan hit one foul shot and Jason Holmes made two.
After an ill-advised alley-oop attempt by USC, Aaron Harper tied the game into with a short jumper with 34 seconds left.
With Mississippi leading 82-81 in overtime, Brian Scalabrine, who led USC with 27 points, missed a potential tying free throw with 2:38 left.
John Gunn then hit a short hook shot with 2:25 left that put the Rebels up 84-81.
Neither team scored the rest of the way, with Scalabrine missing a 40-footer at the buzzer.
Jason Harrison added 13 for the Rebels and Holmes had 10.
Sam Clancy added 18 points for the Trojans and combined with Scalabrine to scored 32 of USC's final 37 points.
