HONOLULU - The No. 1 USC women's water polo team won its eighth straight game by defeating host Hawaii, 13-7, on Tuesday night.
USC (14-1, 5-1 MPSF) was led by the play of sophomore 2M Jennifer Durley, who scored four goals, and senior goalie Bernice Orwig, who made 12 saves.
USC broke out to a 10-3 lead at halftime.
The Women of Troy will stay in Honolulu and take part in the Rainbow Challenge this weekend, facing the likes of San Diego State, Hawaii and Long Beach State.
