USC women's soccer has added Stephanie Allen to its support staff as director of operations on Aug. 2 of 2024.

"We are so excited to welcome Stephanie to our staff and the Trojan Family! She has extensive operations experience from the corporate and entrepreneurial sectors," Alukonis said of Allen. "Above all, she is someone who will care about our student-athletes and help them succeed on and off the pitch."

Allen, who played collegiate soccer at the University of Houston, brings in over a decade of experience working in operations across a variety of organizations. After earning a degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Houston, Allen worked for J2 Global and Jungle Disk in Austin, Texas. Also with experience as a travel coordinator, Allen comes to USC after a year in Ohio serving as operations manager for Collective Style and Social House.
