2025 SEASON
• Scored 20 goals and added 14 assists on the season
• Recorded a hat trick in a three-for-three performance against Pacific
• Tallied two assists against UC Davis
• Had a four point game with three goals and an assist versus Stanford
• Recorded two goals and four assists at the MPSF Tournament
• Racked up five goals at the NCAA Tournament
• Earned MPSF All-Academic and All-Big Ten Academic honors
2024 SEASON
• Scored 20 goals in his sophomore season at USC
• Scored in 12 different games with five multi-goal outings
• Set a new career high with a four-goal effort vs. Westcliff on Oct. 11
2023 SEASON
• Scored five goals as a true freshman at USC
• Scored in four different games, setting his career high with a two-goal outing vs. Biola on Sept. 3
• First career goal came in his USC debut vs. CBU on Sept. 2

• Has been a member of the U.S. Youth National Team
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2023 graduate of Greenwich Country Day School... Earned 2021-22 NISCA All-America honors... Was team MVP as a junior and senior... Also competed in football, basketball and swimming... Attended ES International School in Barcelona, Spain, for one semester... Played club for Greenwich Aquatics.
PERSONAL: Nelson is majoring in business administration... Parents are Allison and James... Has two siblings: Austin and TJ... Father, James, swam at Colgate, and mother, Allison swam at SMU... Uncle, Brian Amen, swam at USC... Enjoys fishing, hiking and going to the beach in his free time... Lists Muhammad Ali as his biggest sports hero... Has always wanted to skydive...
